Gayborhood Coffee

There are quite a few cafes within walking distance of ground zero (12th&Locust) in the Philadelphia gayborhood and all have their unique qualities.

- Cafe Twelve is probably best known; its proximity to the 12 Street Gym, makes this the spot for eye candy, on the way to or from the gym...homemade muffins....free good internet..very friendly staff..always!  Mostly gay, lots of easy conversations to be joined here,,,the baristas introduce you if you are new

- Cake and the Beanstalk is such a great place, on the small side, very very quaint, overlooking the Sartain Gardens peaceful is the word that I always get here...Daniel the owner bakes a mean chocolate chip pound cake.......Barista Lori knows Philly. Gay, students, families. Free wifi

The Good Karma Cafe is a little further south on Pine Street. This is the largest coffee shop in our Gayborhoood     This is usually filled with med students from Jefferson Medical College
Lots of people watching and medium cruising.  Free wifi
